How long
does my package take to arrive at its destination?

We processes orders within 72
business hours (although 85% of orders placed by 12 Noon, EST ship the
same day) and ship based on the shipping method you selected. Orders are
shipped Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Orders which
contain items shipped directly from our supplier follow a unique
shipping schedule. Likewise, items that say "Please allow 2
weeks for shipment" mean that the whole order will be held to ship
as one. Within the U.S. please allow 1-5 days AFTER the initial 72
business hours for our freight company to deliver the item to you.

Calebweb.com cannot accept change of shipping address
requests after an order has been processed. Should you require the
modification of an address (missing apartment or suite number,
transposed street number etc.) please contact us by phone at
1.614.834-9350. Should you require a complete change of “Ship To”
information you will be required to cancel your order and re-enter it. Calebweb.com
reserves the right to refuse shipment to temporary addresses (including
hotel or motel guest) without prior payment in full by check or money
order.
We cannot ship to a jail or prison.
